"Contractual downtime" is the period during which Fabriq is unavailable as commonly defined in our commercial contracts. It includes any periods of partial or full outages, excluding when Fabriq's liability is waived (e.g. unavailability due to natural disasters or third parties outside Fabriq's control). It does not include periods of degraded performance or scheduled maintenance.

The app is functional. The cause of the incident was due to an abnormal high usage of the analytics feature. We are working on a mitigation strategy.

The issue originated from an effort to address a bug. In attempting to resolve it, a new problem arose due to increased load on our database, leading to temporary downtime. We quickly identified and rectified the situation by undoing the changes made. Measures are being put in place to further enhance our systems and prevent similar disruptions in the future
